Frequently Asked Questions
What is the ideal time to do my cleanse? Ideally from 6am to 9am is our recommendation however, a bit later time is fine as long as you don’t eat any food on the day of your cleansing and avoid doing your cleanse in the evening or night time.
How long will it take for the cleanse to complete?
It varies depending on the individual however it is a day cleanse so we advice you to stay at home, an average time of cleansing is 6-10 hours. Taking your capsules, and cleansing to begin time frame varies from 4 to 6 hours or could be sooner.
How will I know when the cleansing is over?
Usually, your stool becomes very watery and lighter brown/clear stool in colour.
If I’m feeling hungry can I eat something?
Avoid eating, keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of warm/hot water and after your cleanse have a healthy meal NO MEAT as it is best to stay off meat, our recommended 2 weeks time period. We recommend adding Superfoods and Electrolytes minerals to your daily diet.
Will I lose weight?
Yes, you will lose some weight as you will be getting rid of impacted waste, we recommend weighing yourself before and after your cleanse. The highest weight we have recorded is 5kg (0.79st or 11lbs) This is not a weight loss herb, the aim is to aid you in a healthier lifestyle and lose weight the natural/authentic way, should you wish to lose weight. Regular 3 monthly cleansings have been recorded to help customers lose weight along with eating healthier.
How much water should I drink when I am doing my cleansing?
We recommend four (4) litres of water and warm/hot water will help the cleansing process.
How will I feel after taking the capsules?
Everyone’s reaction is different however, some customers do feel tied, want to sleep, and have nausea which is normal and part of the cleansing process. Others feel active and energetic. Remember, once you have taken the capsules, do not leave home on the day.
